Trial Lawyers

Trial lawyers are evil. They are causing the destruction of the free world by filing lawsuits. Why? What is it that we (I am a trial lawyer) do? We provide help those who are fighting for themselves and their families against some of the largest companies in the world (insurance companies). These companies refuse to pay claims they know they owe, they deny them because they are betting on getting a jury who will have believe all the lies they have told often enough that people believe them to be true. The truth is if you hurt someone you should make it right, if you have insurance your insurance should take care of it and protect both you and help the person injured. What they do instead is put their own insured at risk of losing personal assets by denying valid claims which results in them being sued, and lying to their insured that the injured party never tried to settle the case or wanted millions. If you do something wrong, make it right. If you break something, fix it or pay for it to be replaced. If the people that caused wrecks and their insurance companies followed these basic beliefs, there would be a lot less lawsuits.
